I agree to respect the intellectual property of my fellow Co-op members.

I understand that when I choose to expose my own intellectual property, it is entirely voluntary, to the extent that I am comfortable, and at my own risk.

I understand that I am solely responsible for taking the necessary steps to safeguard my intellectual property, including (but not limited to) registration with The U.S. Copyright Office and with The Writer's Guild of America.

I understand that The Animation Co-op is not responsible for inaccuracies or misrepresentations related to projects listed in the Co-op database.

I understand that participants in The Animation Co-op database are responsible for negotiating their own terms of service at their own risk, and that The Animation Co-op is not a party to these negotiations.

I agree that The Animation Co-op, its founders, sponsors and assigns are not responsible, and cannot be held liable, for damages resulting from my voluntary participation within The Animation Co-op and any of its forums.

I understand that I may remove my projects from The Animation Co-op database at any time upon written or emailed request.
